Annual Conference & Exhibition Registration

Get ready now to experience a new direction to network, build your knowledge, and improve your practice!

Registration: NESO has implemented a new online registration system. To register for NESO 2018 Annual Meeting, you’ll use your  primary member email and a temporary password [neso2018] to register. The password may be changed once logged in to the system.  If you are not a member and do not have an account, you may create one during the registration process.

Included in the full registration package, you get access to the exhibit hall, discussion groups and meetings, Pre-Conference Symposia, Member Appreciation Reception and all conference-related activities.

All registration rates cover access to the entire conference and sessions except invitation only events. Guest badges only allow admission to the exhibit floor and receptions.

*Student Rate is available to ALL orthodontic residents. Non-NESO students should email registration@neso.org with a copy of their student ID or other proof of enrollment to receive the discounted rate.


All Registration fee (excluding guest badges) include admission to all regular conference sessions and the exhibit hall. This fee also includes the Member Appreciation Reception and Closing Reception in the exhibit hall.

Clinical Staff Discount

If FOUR or more clinical staff attendees from the same organization are registering, each attendee may receive the discount rate. Attendees who are part of a group should be registered together by a representative from their organization. Clinical staff attendees that attempt to register themselves individually should complete and return this form.


Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are limited to conference fees paid, and do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. No-shows and on-site purchase are non-refundable.

To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid, less a $50 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by NESO no later than 11:59 PM EST on October 10, 2018. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent via e-mail to registration@neso.org.

Substitutions are permitted at any time, and must be submitted in writing to registration@neso.org. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information.
