When will I be able to register for the conference?
Registration will open early May 2018.
How do I get to the conference?

Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
We request that all registrations are paid for online once the registration link is open however if this is not possible please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I pay by American Express?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email. This will be the only form of receipt.
How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?
We are able to issue an invitation letter once we have received your completed registration and payment. Please make this request in the notes section at the end of the online registration process. We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice and it will be sent by email. Please note that is it your responsibility to check the Visa Entry Regulations into the USA and further information can be found by clicking here.
Would I still be able to register if I arrive late at the Conference?
Yes, our registration desk is open Thursday and Friday of the event. Please note that the on-site fees are more expensive.
I have registered online but not yet received my confirmation.
It can take up to 5 days for member services to process your registration and email you a confirmation/ invoice. If you have not heard back from them after 5 days, please call 888.242.3795 or email email@example.com.
I received the following error message when trying to complete the payment on the registration site:

Please check that you have ticked the card payment button positioned to the left of the card details section. Please note that this means we have not received your registration.
Unfortunately, this message suggests that your credit card provider is blocking payment. Please contact your bank directly to resolve this issue. Please note that this means we have not received your registration.
