In fact, to enhance the customer experience, HSO is doubling its sales force in the USA to provide more time and attention to each of our customers. Our Orthodontic Sales Specialists are experts in everything Orthodontics, from traditional products to aligners and software solutions. This ranges from our traditional core products to our aligners. In addition, we are making a substantial investment in our Customer Care department to provide you with unparalleled service.
Regarding aligners, we are excited to announce that we are transitioning our SLX Clear Aligner brand to Reveal® Plus Clear Aligners, effective October 1, 2020.
There are no changes to the product or software platform; we are updating our branding alone based on customer feedback that Reveal Clear Aligners is a highly marketable brand for the practice and patients. We will provide further information to our current SLX Clear Aligner providers, including information on a new marketing library.
With thousands of customers nationally on the Reveal Clear Aligners platform, we are proud to announce our most successful month ever in July when we shipped the largest volume of aligners since production began. Our Orthodontic Sales Specialist team, besides Henry Schein Dental’s team of over 700 Field Sales Consultants, will continue to be fully engaged in supporting Reveal Clear Aligners. If you have not experienced our aligners firsthand, now is the time!
We are also pleased to report that we experienced incredible growth in sales in our core product lines over the last two months to include our SLX® 3D Self Ligating brackets, our Carriere® Motion 3D™ Appliance, and our Maestro® Twin Brackets. We are now increasing our production capacity to ensure that we exceed our customers’ demand in all areas.
